Frontend Developer - Enhancements & Support

TenTwenty is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Frontend Developer (enhancements & support) to join our team, responsible for implementing enhancements, fixing bugs, and ensuring the smooth functionality of our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and solid problem-solving abilities to effectively tackle technical challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Location : Islamabad ​

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and implement enhancement requests from internal teams or clients.
• Maintain and improve websites built on various CMS platforms (e.g., Concrete, WordPress, Strapi, Shopify).
• Debug, diagnose, and resolve technical issues promptly while ensuring high code quality.
• Ensure optimal front-end and back-end performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with designers, support teams, and developers to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
• Provide technical support for escalated issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Manage and execute content enhancements and updates.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to development best practices.

Must have :

• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
• Solid hands-on experience with Next.js and React.
• Familiar with version control systems like Git or Bitbucket.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to read, understand, and enhance existing codebases efficiently.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization best practices.

Good to have :

• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like Concrete and Strapi.
• Experience working with PHP.
• Familiarity with Agile development environments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience using advanced debugging tools and techniques.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
