Ensure all builds are fast, mobile-optimized, and aligned with modern search standards.

6. Quality Assurance & Delivery

Own the QA process by reviewing code and front-end output before client delivery.
Conduct pre-launch reviews and testing walkthroughs to validate functionality and experience.
Maintain alignment with the Project Manager and Design Lead to ensure consistent quality.
Validate performance benchmarks and ensure all deliverables meet defined standards.

7. Team Leadership & Mentorship

Lead and mentor developers through regular check-ins, code reviews, and feedback sessions.
Support team growth by identifying skill gaps and introducing training or knowledge-sharing sessions.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

8. Process & Project Collaboration

Work closely with the Account Manager to plan timelines, scope work, and allocate tasks effectively.
