Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (TypeScript / JavaScript).
- 3+ years of experience with Next.js (App Router) and React (hooks, context).
- Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and PostgreSQL.
- Experience building responsive, mobile-first UIs.
- Proficiency with Git and modern deployment workflows.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Radix UI (shadcn/ui), and SWR.
- Nice to have experience with Python/FastAPI, Supabase Auth + Realtime, Docker, GCP, and Fly.io.
- Experience with SWR or React Query for state management.
- Exposure to AI integrations (LLM-assisted UX, smart summaries).
- Business-minded with a focus on MRR, retention, and user value.
- Strong empathy for users both managers and field operators.
- Ownership-driven, pragmatic, and curious with a bias for action.

Background in field-services or operations software is a plus.
- Take ownership of two connected apps - Manager Web App (operations, clients, scheduling) and Operator Mobile App (on-site tasks, check-ins, updates).
- Understand user workflows and design empathetic, impactful solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable front-end features using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams to deliver seamless experiences.
- Integrate and optimize APIs for efficient cross-platform communication.
- Continuously improve UI/UX and simplify user interactions across web and mobile apps.
- Measure and validate the impact of delivered features on user retention and efficiency.
- Implement and iterate AI-driven enhancements that provide real workflow value.
- Monitor performance, fix bugs, and ensure high availability across environments.
