Fulfillment- Assistant Manager

Siar Digital is looking for talented and detail-oriented professionals for the role of “Assistant Manager –Fulfillment”. The Fulfillment Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, inventory management, and smooth coordination between warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management:
• Supervise daily order processing and ensure timely dispatch.
• Monitor order accuracy and resolve discrepancies quickly.
• Inventory & Warehouse Operations:
• Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Ensure stock accuracy through periodic audits and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for space optimization and stock movement.
• Logistics & Delivery:
• Work with courier partners to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
• Track shipment performance and handle escalation of delivery issues.
• Team Supervision:
• Assist in managing warehouse and fulfillment staff, including training and scheduling.
• Motivate the team to achieve targets and maintain high-quality standards.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Support the implementation of automation tools and systems for efficiency.
• Reporting & KPIs:
• Monitor key metrics such as order fulfillment rate, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular performance reports for the Fulfillment Manager.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety, and regulatory compliance in warehouse operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of warehouse/fulfillment operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or WMS systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or supply chain operations (with at least 1 year in a supervisory/assistant manager role).
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or distribution industry preferred.
