We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy full charge bookkeeper to manage and maintain our daily business financial reporting and financial records.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
-Record all daily financial transactions, including invoicing, purchases, receipts and disbursements.
-Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly to ensure accuracy.
-Manage incoming invoices and payments from customers, as well as outgoing payments to vendors. This will include following up with delinquent customers in a professional manner.
-Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports as needed.
-Maintain digital/physical filing systems and manage phone calls.
-Maintain organized financial records for accountant to assist with the preparation of state filings and tax returns.
Qualifications:
-At least two years experience in bookkeeping and a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles.
-Ability to learn new software.
-Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and data accuracy.

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
