Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Requires QB Desktop Experience as well as a minimum 5 years' experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper with HR experience. Will manage all aspects of accounting to include Invoicing Customer, A/R tracking and payment posting. Review and enter Vendor Invoices , reconcile Vendor statements and pay Vendors. Reconcile checkbooks. Review and enter all employee timesheets in QB payroll system, and run weekly payroll. Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly taxes to include 941, 940 and all state and unemployment reports. End of year W-2's and all related required forms. You will also prepare and submit Certified Payroll for Government jobs. Must be able to run reports in QB as directed,. Prepare books for CPA at end of year. There will be other duties as required.

You must have the ability to prioritize and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be working closely with the Owner.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
