Full Charge Bookkeeper

Full Charge Bookkeeper with strong organization skills who loves what they do and will be excited by the unique opportunity our hospitality group provides.

We offer a primarily remote work environment (approximately 80–90% remote) while maintaining regular communication with ownership and management.

This role is critical to our operation. Our restaurants rely heavily on accurate, timely financial information to guide day-to-day decisions and long-term planning.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, approachable, and excited about becoming a long-term member of our executive team as we continue to grow.

We are looking for someone who is thorough, approachable and who can give valuable actionable metrics on a timely basis. Moreover, an individual who is excited about growing with us as a long-term member of this executive team and can help guide our decision making with our current and future ventures in a fiscally responsible manner.

Key Responsibilities

-Full-cycle bookkeeping for a multi-location restaurant group

-Accounts payable and vendor management

-Accounts receivable and payment reconciliation

-Payroll processing and payroll liability tracking

-Monthly sales tax preparation and filing

-Bank and credit card reconciliations

-POS sales entry reconciliation and daily cash balancing

-Inventory accounting support

-Monthly financial close and reporting

-Preparation of actionable financial metrics to support operational decisions

-Coordination with ownership and outside CPA as needed

• Professional References are a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
