Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies, particularly in modern JavaScript frameworks and Python. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building intuitive user interfaces, robust APIs, and integrating AI/ML models into scalable web applications. Experience in AI-assisted development, data science, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React (v18+), TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Build and manage backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python
• Integrate AI models and services into production-ready environments
• Implement and manage RAG pipelines for knowledge retrieval and AI interaction
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to deploy intelligent features
• Design, model, and optimize data structures and data models
• Apply AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate and enhance development
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in:
• Node.js
• React.js (v18+)
• TypeScript
• Tailwind CSS
• Python development
• API development and integration
• Experience with:
• AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine)
• AI model integration
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Data science concepts and data models
• Good understanding of software development best practices, version control (Git), CI/CD
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
