Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications and internal systems that support our growing operations.

This is a development-focused role, where you will be responsible for building scalable applications, improving system performance, and supporting various business functions through technology.

In addition, you will also assist in maintaining and improving our CRM system to ensure smooth data flow across recruitment, sales, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications (front-end and back-end)
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and reliability
• Develop new features based on business requirements

System Development & Integration

• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Build and maintain internal tools for operations and reporting
• Improve system architecture and database performance
• Implement automation to streamline workflows

CRM Support (Secondary Responsibility)

• Maintain and update the company CRM system
• Ensure proper data flow and structure for candidates, clients, and leads
• Fix bugs, improve usability, and implement minor enhancements
• Support integrations between CRM and other systems

Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, sales, and recruitment teams
• Understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide technical support when required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or similar)
• Strong proficiency in back-end development (Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar)
• Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Experience with API development and integration
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Good understanding of software development best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on production-level web applications
• Familiarity with CRM systems (basic level is sufficient)
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Understanding of system architecture and performance optimization
• Experience working in a fast-paced or operations-driven environment
