The Role

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and optimise web applications and internal systems that support our UK-based education and business operations. You will work across the full development stack—from database architecture and back-end logic through to responsive front-end interfaces—whilst troubleshooting performance issues and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

What You Will Do

• Design and manage back-end systems, including database schema, server integration, and API architecture
• Write clean, maintainable PHP code and build efficient Laravel modules that power our internal platforms and client-facing applications
• Develop responsive, user-centred front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, ensuring consistent design across browsers and devices
• Build scalable web applications from scratch—including learning management systems, content management systems, and internal portals—with a focus on performance optimisation and secure code practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and code issues, and conduct thorough testing of both front-end and back-end functionality
• Strong experience in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Vue.js
• Ability to design, build, and maintain complete end-to-end web applications
• Solid understanding of CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, LESS, or SASS
• Comfortable working with version control systems, including Git and GitHub
• Communicate technical challenges and progress clearly to project managers and team leaders
• Interact with RESTful APIs and work proficiently with version control systems
• Scale projects based on feedback and evolving requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3–4 years of proven, hands-on professional experience in full stack development
• Experience in building, deploying, and maintaining web applications is essential.
• Strong backend development experience using Laravel (PHP) is essential
• Strong proficiency in project management with excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to writing maintainable, secure code

Job Details

• Location: Jail Road, Lahore (Office-based)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: Rs 160,000 – Rs 200,000 per month (based on experience and expertise)
• Working Days: Monday – Saturday (6 days a week)
• Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Interview Process

The process consists of two stages:

• Assessment tests covering cognitive and literacy skills
• Followed by technical interview

We conduct on-site interviews only.

Workplace Policies

• No relaxation on punctuality or attendance standards.

Pay: Rs160,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
