Full Stack Developer (Node.js, Next.js, WordPress & DevOps)

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (On-site)
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (5 Days a Week)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable web applications, SaaS platforms, and WordPress-based systems. You will work across frontend, backend, databases, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps processes to ensure high-performance, secure, and reliable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Node.js and Next.js.
• Build responsive and scalable frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate frontend with backend systems.
• Develop and manage backend systems using Node.js, PHP, or (Python optional).
• Manage WordPress backend, including plugins, themes, and custom functionality.
• Optimize database queries and ensure efficient server-side performance.
• Design, implement, and manage PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.
• Ensure data integrity, optimization, and scalability.

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
• Work with Linux server administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Use Docker and containerization for scalable deployments.
• Ensure backups, recovery, and security best practices.

Collaboration & Quality

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product teams.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems.
• Stay updated with modern web, backend, and DevOps technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in full-stack or backend development.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of Linux server administration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Proficiency in Git version control systems.
• Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and web security.
• Basic DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, Docker, deployment automation).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with serverless architecture.
• Exposure to React beyond Next.js.
• Strong WordPress development and customization experience.
• Familiarity with advanced DevOps tools and monitoring systems.
