Full-Stack Developer - Digital Portal & User Experience

About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with strong frontend skills to build the client-facing digital portal and admin dashboards for Fujairah Creative City (FCC). You will create a bilingual (Arabic/English) platform for license applications, service requests, and self-service features. This role covers both frontend interfaces and the backend APIs that power them.

Key Responsibilities

Build the client-facing digital portal for FCC (Arabic RTL + English) using React

Develop admin dashboards: sales pipeline, leads, department analytics, SLA tracking

Create the Customer 360 platform interface showing complete client profiles and history

Build self-service portal: license applications, renewals, document uploads, status tracking

Develop backend APIs (Node.js) to support all portal features

Implement real-time notification UI and status tracking for service requests

Build digital marketing and campaign management interfaces

Create data visualization components: charts, KPI widgets, financial dashboards

Implement multi-language (i18n) support across the entire platform

Develop the agent/broker portal with role-based permissions and delegated access

Build queue management and appointment booking interfaces

Ensure responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility

Optimize frontend performance and implement lazy loading, caching strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

3+ years of full-stack development experience with strong frontend focus

Expert-level React.js with TypeScript experience

Proficiency in Node.js/Express for backend API development

Experience with RTL (Right-to-Left) and Arabic UI development

Strong CSS skills (Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Ant Design)

Experience with data visualization libraries (Chart.js, Recharts, D3)

Database experience (PostgreSQL/MongoDB)

Strong UI/UX design sensibility and experience collaborating with designers

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building government or enterprise portals

Portfolio of bilingual (Arabic/English) web applications

Figma/Sketch design tool proficiency for developer-designer collaboration

Experience with real-time features (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events)

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)

Experience with CRM or customer management platforms

Performance optimization experience (Lighthouse scores, Core Web Vitals)

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
