Full-Stack Developer - Finance & HR Systems

About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with experience in financial and HR systems to build the enterprise management modules for Fujairah Creative City (FCC). You will develop invoicing, revenue management, payroll, attendance tracking, and financial reporting systems. This role requires both strong backend skills for financial logic and frontend skills for dashboards and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Build the financial management system: invoicing, fee collection, revenue tracking, bank reconciliation

Develop HR modules: electronic attendance, payroll processing, shift management, leave management

Create financial dashboards and executive reporting interfaces using React

Implement asset management and inventory tracking systems

Build tax compliance module integrating with Federal Tax Authority for VAT

Develop payment & receipt voucher management with approval workflows

Create backend APIs (Node.js/Python) for all financial and HR operations

Implement bank settlement and cash flow management features

Build operational expense tracking and budget monitoring tools

Develop financial analytics with forecasting and trend analysis capabilities

Ensure ACID compliance and data integrity for all financial transactions

Integrate with electronic payment gateways for multi-channel fee collection

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

3+ years of full-stack development experience

Proficiency in Node.js and Python for backend development

Experience with React.js for frontend dashboards and reporting

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial data modeling

Database design experience with focus on financial data integrity (PostgreSQL)

Experience building payroll, HR, or ERP system modules

Knowledge of financial reporting standards and chart of accounts structure

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with UAE VAT regulations and tax system integration

Knowledge of electronic payment gateway integration (Middle East providers)

Experience building bank reconciliation or settlement systems

Understanding of free zone fee structures and revenue models

Experience with financial dashboards and data visualization

Knowledge of WPS (Wage Protection System) for UAE payroll

Background in accounting software development (similar to SAP, Oracle Financials, or Odoo)

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
