Full Stack Developer (MERN + DevOps)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Developer (MERN) with strong DevOps experience who can independently manage end-to-end project development and deployment. The ideal candidate is self-driven, passionate about coding, and capable of delivering complex solutions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
• Manage the full project lifecycle — from concept, development, testing, to production deployment
• Build clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX and back-end services
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and databases
• DevOps Responsibilities:
• Automate deployment workflows
• Manage CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor and manage cloud environments & application uptime
• Ensure server and application security best practices are followed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a MERN Stack Developer
• Proven experience in independently delivering full-cycle projects
• Strong understanding of front-end & back-end architecture
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JWT/auth, performance tuning, and security
• Experience designing scalable databases (MongoDB preferred)
• Ability to manage tasks independently and handle multiple projects
• Strong problem-solving & analytical skills

Preferred Skills

• Strong experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
• Hands-on with Docker, CI/CD, Jenkins/Github Actions
• Familiarity with Kubernetes (plus not mandatory)
• Experience using Git / GitHub / Bitbucket
• Knowledge of application monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus)
• Understanding of DevOps, automation, and modern deployment pipelines
