Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced MERN Stack Tech Lead to architect, build, and scale complex SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist with strong leadership capabilities, deep expertise in modern architectures, and experience working in fast-paced startup environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development across the MERN stack, ensuring scalable and high-performing architectures.
• Architect and deliver multi-module SaaS applications with robust integrations.
• Design, develop, and optimize REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous systems.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities using modern APIs/SDKs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).
• Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Maintain high coding standards with strong documentation and process discipline.
• Perform deep debugging, issue resolution, and system analysis.
• Mentor the engineering team while balancing individual contributor responsibilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Contribute to scaling early-stage product architecture and engineering practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years of hands-on full-stack development experience with strong MERN expertise.
• Proven experience leading or architecting SaaS products in startup setups.
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, asynchronous architecture.
• Experience integrating AI/ML APIs or SDKs.
• Solid DevOps knowledge including CI/CD, containers, and cloud services.
• Strong debugging, reverse engineering, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, and GraphQL preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Git, Postman, Swagger.
• Experience in HR Tech or AI-driven platforms is a plus.
• Startup-first, fast-moving mindset with excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹435,349.31 - ₹1,859,392.39 per year
