Job Summary:
As a Full Stack Developer with strong PHP expertise, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying robust internal systems that support your colleagues across HR, attendance, and user management functions. You’ll be instrumental in building tools that empower teams, streamline operations, and enhance the experience of every user who interacts with our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop full-stack web applications that are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.

· Design and implement HR modules including employee records, payroll, leave management, and performance tracking.

· Build attendance and access control systems with biometric/API integrations.

· Create and manage role-based user authentication and authorization systems.

· Develop backend services using PHP (Laravel, Symfony, and WordPress) and integrate them with internal and third-party APIs.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and maintenance of applications.

· Continuously optimize system performance, scalability, and data security.

· Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence.

What You Bring

· A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on PHP.

· Proven experience building enterprise-grade HR or ERP systems.

· Proficiency in PHP frameworks (Laravel/Symfony), CMS (WordPress), and API integration.

· Solid understanding of role-based access control (RBAC), microservices, and secure coding practices.
