Full-Time 3D Visualizer

We are seeking a highly skilled full-time 3D Visualizer to join our studio.

The candidate must have strong artistic sense along with technical accuracy and the ability to produce production-ready documentation.

Required Software Expertise

•⁠ ⁠Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max

•⁠ ⁠Professional rendering using Corona Renderer & V-Ray

•⁠ ⁠Ability to produce ultra-high-quality photorealistic renders

•⁠ ⁠Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD

•⁠ ⁠Good experience in Revit

•⁠ ⁠Preparation of precise Shop Drawings & detailed execution drawings

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Produce high-end photorealistic visualizations with accurate lighting, materials, and composition

•⁠ ⁠Translate concepts and references into realistic 3D scenes

•⁠ ⁠Prepare detailed technical drawings and shop drawings for execution

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate dimensions and detailing according to project requirements

•⁠ ⁠Revise renders and drawings based on feedback

•⁠ ⁠Maintain consistency between visual output and technical documentation

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of materials and construction detailing

•⁠ ⁠Ability to accurately match references and design styles

•⁠ ⁠Able to work within deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment
