Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-Time Babysitter to provide attentive, nurturing, and reliable care for children of various ages. Responsibilities

• Supervise children during daily routines, playtime, meals, naps, and outings to ensure their safety at all times
• Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills tailored to each child's age and interests
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks in accordance with dietary needs and restrictions
• Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to children's health and safety
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about daily activities, milestones, and any concerns that arise
• Assist with light household tasks related to children such as laundry or organizing toys and supplies
• Respond promptly to emergencies or unexpected situations with appropriate first aid or caregiving measures

Requirements

• Proven experience in nannying, babysitting, daycare work, or related caregiving roles involving children of different ages
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific care techniques for infants, toddlers, and older children
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred to ensure safety during emergencies
• Ability to work full-time hours with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends as needed
• Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and patience when working with children with disabilities or special needs
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining a lively and positive demeanor
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily routines efficiently while fostering a nurturing environment
