Are you a data-driven digital marketer with a proven track record of driving results in both paid and organic search? Join our dynamic marketing team and take ownership of our Google Ads performance and website search engine optimization (SEO) strategy.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
The Opportunity: Drive Our Search Success
The PPC & SEO Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on Google Ads, while simultaneously executing on-page and technical SEO strategies to increase our organic search visibility and website traffic.
Core Responsibilities
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Management (Primary Focus)
● Campaign Strategy & Execution: Create, manage, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max) to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROAS, CPA, and conversion volume.
● Budget Management: Monitor daily and monthly budgets, pacing and forecast spend, and ensure budget efficiency across all PPC channels.
● Keyword & Copy: Conduct extensive keyword research, develop compelling ad copy, and utilize A/B testing to continuously improve click-through rates (CTR) and Quality Scores.
● Reporting: Track, report, and analyze PPC performance data, providing actionable insights to the marketing team and senior leadership.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategy
● Technical SEO: Conduct regular website audits and work with development teams to ensure all SEO best practices are implemented, focusing on site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, and indexing.
● On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and landing pages based on keyword research and search engine best practices.
● Content Strategy Support: Collaborate with the content team to identify new organic content opportunities and ensure new and existing content is fully optimized for target keywords.
● Link Building: Assist in developing and executing an effective link building strategy to improve domain authority.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads (PPC) campaigns is required.
● Technical Proficiency: Deep working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4).
● SEO Knowledge: Proven experience or strong understanding of core SEO concepts, including technical SEO, keyword research, on-page optimization, and reporting.
● Analytical Skills: Highly analytical, comfortable working with data, and skilled in using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to model, interpret, and present results.
● Certification (Preferred): Google Ads Search Certification or other relevant Google/digital marketing certifications are a plus.
● Work Style: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
