Full Time Janitorial Night Cleaner

We are looking to add a highly motivated, dependable, and hard working "Team Player" to our team.

This is a Full-Time position starting at 5:30 pm daily Monday through Friday and mandatory on-call weekends. THESE HOURS, DAYS AND START TIME ARE NOT FLEXIBLE

A valid drivers license and a good driving record are REQUIRED for this position.

Job Description Summary

Cleaning and maintaining premises of commercial, industrial buildings by performing the following duties. Responsibilities training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Cleaning, checking and detailing our customers facilities when necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards.
Investigate complaints about service and equipment and take corrective action.
Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities in order to determine the type of work required.
Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner.
Check equipment to ensure that it is in working order.
Instruct staff in work policies and procedures and the use and maintenance of equipment.
Perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary.
Select the most suitable cleaning materials for different types of furniture, flooring, and surfaces.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid drivers license
• Able to provide exceptional customer service and have the ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour
