Full Time Maintenance

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of facilities maintenance, electrical systems, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The Maintenance Person will work closely with other team members to maintain a safe and functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and outlets.
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in repairs and installations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks and materials used.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Lead small teams when necessary, providing guidance and support to less experienced staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Experience with pools
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret schematics effectively.
• Strong leadership qualities with the capability to manage small teams effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on communication in English.
• A proactive attitude towards safety and compliance with industry standards.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
