Full Time Nanny

Full-Time Professional Nanny / Family Assistant

Columbia, MO | $20–$25/hour | 32-40+ Hours/Week | Long-Term Position

We are a professional dual-career family in the healthcare field seeking a highly experienced, career nanny to support our structured and busy household of five children.

This is a long-term opportunity for a confident, emotionally intelligent professional who can provide both nurturing care and consistent leadership in a high-functioning home.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Approximately 6:30am–5:30pm
• 32-40 hours per week
• Overtime if desired for occasional evenings and overnights
• Not a live-in position

Children

• Twin toddlers (13 months old)
• Three older children (middle & high school)
• Blended family dynamic

Responsibilities & Childcare

• Full-time care for twin toddlers
• Feeding, naps, structured developmental play
• Drop-offs/pick-ups
• Transportation to activities and appointments
• Calm, consistent reinforcement of rules and routines

Household Support

• Children’s laundry (wash, dry, fold, put away)
• Light family laundry
• Dishes and kitchen reset
• Toy and common area organization
• Grocery pick-up / putting away deliveries
• Light meal preparation

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking someone who:

• Has 2-5+ years of professional nanny/child care experience
• Has experience caring for multiple children simultaneously
• Is comfortable with early mornings and long days
• Is confident in setting boundaries with warmth and consistency
• Is emotionally regulated
• Has experience supporting children with ADHD
• Is highly organized and proactive
• Is CPR/First Aid certified
• Has a clean driving record
• Is seeking a long-term position (2+ years)
