Full Time Nanny

Full-Time Nanny Needed for Family with a Three-Year-Old

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Nanny to care for our 3-year-old. The ideal candidate has prior toddler or infant care experience and a background in early childhood development. We are looking for someone who is nurturing, punctual, reliable, professional, and energetic, with strong communication skills.

This position is ideal for someone interested in building a long-term relationship with our family and creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for our child.

Start Date: April 8
Schedule: Flexible schedule, 4 10-hour days per week (40 hours total)
Pay: $28–$35 per hour (based on experience)

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation per year (1 week of the nanny's choosing, 1 week of the family's choosing), 40 sick hours per year, all federal holidays paid/off, select minor holidays paid/off, gas and mileage reimbursed for any driving involving the child, health insurance stipend of $150 per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for our 3-year-old

• Plan age-appropriate activities that support learning, creativity, and development

• Maintain the child’s daily routine (meals, activities, school, rest, etc.)

• Take the child to local school, classes, activities, and parks as appropriate

• Light housekeeping related to the child (tidying play areas, cleaning up after meals, child’s laundry, etc.)

• Communicate regularly with parents about the child’s day, development, and needs

Qualifications

• Previous toddler experience required

• Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude

• Interested in a long-term position with our family

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

• Fully vaccinated and maintains yearly flu vaccine

• First Aid and CPR certification

• Must be 18 years or older

• Ability to pass a standard background check

• Provide professional references

• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
