Full-Time Nanny

Location: Reading, MA
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation: $30-35 hour; overtime paid at 1.5x for hours over 40

Position Overview

A busy, professional family in Reading, MA is seeking a warm, dependable, and experienced full-time nanny to care for their 8-month-old son. This is a long-term opportunity for a career nanny who values consistency, professionalism, and open communication.

Both parents work full-time outside of the home and are looking for a highly reliable caregiver who can provide attentive, structured, and nurturing care. Dependability and punctuality are especially important as the family is seeking to transition from their current nanny.

Responsibilities

• Full care for 8-month-old (feeding, diapering, naps, hygiene)
• Planning and engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
• Baby-related laundry and light tidying
• Keeping child’s areas clean and organized
• Daily communication with parents regarding routines, milestones, and updates
• Occasional flexibility with schedule (with advance notice), especially when parents travel

Requirements

• Prior infant experience required
• CPR & First Aid certification (infant/child)
• Highly reliable, punctual, and professional
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (parking available)
• Comfortable with two dogs in the home
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to provide 3–5 professional references
• Must be willing to sign an NDA
