Full-Time Nanny for Infant | Long-Term Position

Pay: $18.00/hr with eligibility for raises in the future

Location: San Antonio, TX 78247

We are a warm and welcoming family looking for a caring, organized, and dependable nanny to support our family. We have a 5-year-old, 3-year-old, and a 4-month-old, with care primarily focused on our infant while the older children are in school and daycare. Mom serves in the military, and dad works from home, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable in a collaborative and respectful home environment. We’re hoping to find someone who brings a calm, nurturing, and confident presence and has a strong background in infant care.

We would love to find a nanny who can support our baby’s early development, help establish and maintain routines, and contribute to a positive, structured, and supportive environment.

Schedule

Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Tuesday | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Saturday | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Hours may adjust slightly based on family needs.

Start Date: June 15, 2026

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for one infant
• Support age-appropriate development and routines
• Assist with sleep training and introducing solids
• Bottle preparation and cleaning
• Children’s laundry (as needed)
• Light child-related tidying, toy organization, and clean-up
• Simple meal prep for children
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of infant experience (5+ years preferred)
• Knowledge of sleep training and infant development
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
• Organized, proactive, and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Calm, direct, and nurturing approach to care
