Full-Time Nanny for Infant + Occasional Toddler Care – Boulder

MY BOULDER BABYSITTER + NANNY, LLC IS HIRING ON BEHALF OF THE FOLLOWING FAMILY IN BOULDER, CO:

Full-Time | $28+/hr | PTO + Travel Opportunity

A loving Boulder family is seeking a warm, experienced, and career-oriented nanny to care for their infant and toddler. This is a full-time, long-term position for a professional who genuinely enjoys early childhood development and confidently manages the rhythms of two little ones at once. Care is mostly for one 5 month old baby, while 2.5 year old sibling is in school. Occasionally, both kids will be home and require full time care!

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:00pm
40 guaranteed hours per week

Start Date is ASAP, but flexible for the right fit nanny!

Compensation & Benefits:

• $28 per hour
• Paid Time Off
• Paid Sick Time
• Guaranteed hours
• Opportunity to travel with the family (for a nanny who is interested and holds a valid passport)

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Lives locally in Boulder or the immediate surrounding area
• Has 1-2+ years of full time nanny experience
• Has experience caring for infants and toddlers simultaneously in a professional setting like babysitting, teaching, daycare, etc

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing infant feeding, naps, and routines
• Supporting toddler transitions and learning
• Outdoor time and engaging outings
• Light child-related tidying
• Clear, professional communication with parents
