We are looking for Spanish-speaking, Italian-speaking, German-speaking, French-speaking with a strong reputation for professionalism and results, we provide our team with the tools, support, and opportunities to succeed in the competitive Dubai property market.
Key Responsibilities:
· Actively promote and sell off-plan and secondary properties across Dubai.
· Generate, manage, and convert leads into clients through networking, referrals, property portals, and company-provided leads.
· Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with buyers and sellers.
· Stay up-to-date with market trends, new project launches, developer offerings, and property laws.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing professional guidance and after-sales support.
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
· Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Requirements:
· 2 years of Proven experience as a Full-time - Spanish-speaking, Italian-speaking, German-speaking, French-speaking agents Real Estate Agent / Broker / Property Consultant in Dubai (Off-plan or Secondary Market) is a must. Freshers do not apply.
· Strong knowledge of Dubai property laws, RERA regulations, and market trends.
· Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
· Presentable, professional, and client-focused.
· Valid UAE driving license and own car.
· Fluency in English (C1 level) is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
