Fullstack Tech Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a Fullstack Tech Lead with deep expertise in Java/Spring Boot (backend) , React.js & Node.js (frontend/middleware) , and exposure to AI/ML technologies . This role will be responsible for driving architecture, design, and development of scalable digital platforms, while mentoring engineering teams and enabling the integration of AI/ML capabilities into business solutions.

Fullstack Leadership & AI Integration

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Node.js.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architecture patterns.
• Guide the team in building scalable microservices and APIs for cross-platform integration.
• Partner with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate and operationalize AI/ML models.
• Work with AI frameworks/libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and APIs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, Vertex AI).
• Drive DevOps practices with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security compliance.
  
  

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to align the technology roadmap with business goals.
• Mentor, coach, and upskill developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Ensure code quality through unit/integration testing and peer reviews.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI/ML, Generative AI, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native solutions.
• Document architecture designs, development standards, and best practices.
  
  

What You Know

• Backend: Expert in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
• Frontend: Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux/Context API.
• Middleware/Services: Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js.
• Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
• AI/ML Exposure:
• Understanding of the machine learning lifecycle and model deployment.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or AI APIs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, Vertex AI).
• Ability to design solutions embedding AI-driven insights (recommendations, NLP, GenAI).
• DevOps & Cloud: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, Terraform, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Architecture: Familiarity with event-driven systems, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Strong system design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of leading teams (5–15 engineers) in Agile/Scrum environments.
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience as Fullstack Developer (Java, React)
• Experience building AI/GenAI-enabled platforms (e.g., chatbots, copilots, recommendation engines).
• Knowledge of API security, OAuth2, SSO, JWT.
• Contributions to open-source projects or published research in AI/ML.
