Full‑Time Accountant (U.S.)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full‑Time Accountant to join our dynamic team in Tulsa, OK. Our U.S.–China industrial import business has grown more than 300% in five years. We now need a full‑time accountant who can also help with daily operations. This is a small, two‑person operation, so the person must be flexible and able to handle many tasks. This pivotal role involves managing comprehensive accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in corporate accounting, possess excellent technical skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to financial management.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting work
• Operate QuickBooks Online
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports
• Send invoices to customers & post receipts
• Manage consignment inventory accounting
• Help with parts orders and routine shipments
• Support communication between U.S. and China

Skills

• 5+ years accounting experience or small business operation
• Strong customer service focus & Quick Books skills
• Able to work independently
• Experience in small business import/export preferred
• Must be comfortable doing both accounting and general operations work
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, technical accounting standards, and financial concepts including debits & credits and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Proficiency with accounting software QuickBooks Online version.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and report generation.
• Effective communication skills for financial report writing and interpretation.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
