About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team in Doha. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, provide Odoo ERP solutions, manage implementations, deliver training, and ensure successful system adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client business needs and translate requirements into Odoo solutions.
• Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation projects across various modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Configure, customize, and deploy Odoo modules according to project requirements.
• Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and documentation preparation.
• Work with technical teams to develop new features and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide post-implementation support and optimize system performance.
• Participate in project planning, scoping, and timeline management.
• Prepare functional requirement documents, workflows, and testing scenarios.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules and business processes.
• Experience in gathering functional requirements and writing documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with technical developers for customizations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience working with clients in the GCC region is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Odoo certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python basics, or technical concepts is a plus.
• Experience with ERP implementation methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
