We are seeking a dynamic professional who brings together expertise in Functional Medicine and Anti-Aging, a proven track record in boutique clinic operations, and the ability to leverage social media influence to grow a premium aesthetics & wellness brand.

This is a unique dual-role opportunity to deliver personalized client care while also leading the day-to-day operations of a high-end boutique aesthetics & wellness clinic in Dubai.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Provide functional medicine consultations with a focus on holistic, personalized client care.

• Design treatment protocols centered around longevity, lifestyle, and integrative medicine.

• Ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence and client safety.

Operational Leadership:

• Oversee and manage daily boutique clinic operations, ensuring a seamless, luxury client experience.

• Lead, train, and motivate the team to uphold premium service standards.

• Optimize workflows, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.

• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, compliance, and operational growth strategies.

Brand & Growth:

• Act as the face of the brand, leveraging your social media presence to build trust and visibility.

• Drive community engagement and position the boutique as a market leader in wellness and longevity.
