Luxury Aesthetic Clinic Manager (Arabic-Speaking Female)

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of aesthetic professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, discretion, and unparalleled service. Luxury Client Journey: Curate and oversee a flawless end-to-end client experience, from initial consultation to aftercare, ensuring absolute satisfaction and loyalty.
Business Operations: Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, inventory of premium products, and compliance with DHA regulations.
Commercial Acumen: Drive clinic growth through strategic planning, sales targets, and developing bespoke client treatment packages and membership programs.
Brand Ambassador: Represent the clinic with poise and professionalism, building strong relationships with our high-profile clientele and partners.

The Ideal Candidate Is:

• A fluent Arabic-speaking female professional, deeply understanding of the cultural nuances and expectations of a luxury clientele in the region.
• An experienced manager with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a luxury aesthetic clinic, medical spa, or high-end hospitality environment.
• Possesses exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Has a strong business mindset with a proven ability to drive revenue and manage P&L.
• Holds relevant qualifications in business management or a related field. Knowledge of DHA licensing procedures is a significant advantage.
• Poised, professional, and possesses an impeccable personal presentation.
