Fundraising Assistant

Our client is currently hiring a Fundraising Assistant in Miami, FL to support nonprofit campaigns through retail event-based outreach. This is a full-time, W-2 position focused on brand awareness, community engagement, and donor enrollment—not door-to-door or telemarketing.

In this role, you will represent charitable organizations inside retail locations and local event spaces, educating the public and helping individuals enroll as donors to support meaningful causes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit campaigns at retail events and high-traffic locations throughout Miami
• Engage with customers face-to-face to share information about charitable programs and missions
• Build rapport with the public and create a positive, professional experience
• Assist with donor enrollments, guiding individuals through the sign-up process
• Clearly explain donation options, program benefits, and impact
• Maintain accurate records of donor information using company systems
• Set up and break down event stations while maintaining brand standards
• Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily and weekly enrollment goals
• Travel locally between retail locations and event sites as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (local travel required)
• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to approach and speak with new people confidently
• Positive attitude, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) and weekends are required
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation & Benefits:

• W-2 employment (not 1099/contract)
• Weekly base pay + performance-based bonuses/commissions

Additional Details:

Pay: $47,647.86 - $57,382.37 per year
