Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Furniture Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and enhance customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for interiors and sales coordination, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team in achieving targets
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide product information
• Track orders, deliveries, and installation schedules
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
• Collaborate with design, logistics, and procurement teams
• Assist in showroom coordination and product displays when required
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
• Previous experience in furniture sales, retail, or sales coordination is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
• Knowledge of furniture products, materials, or interior design trends is an advantage
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
