Caracol Sports LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sports Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations, client relationships, and event-driven sports initiatives in Lusail. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, supporting partnerships, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

The Sports Sales Coordinator will manage day-to-day sales support activities, including handling client inquiries, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate sales records. You will assist in identifying new business opportunities within the sports and events sector, supporting outreach to clubs, academies, sponsors, and corporate partners.

You will coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services for sports programs, merchandise, sponsorship activations, and event packages. The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and supporting the execution of promotional campaigns and sporting events across Lusail and surrounding regions.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience in sales, sports management, hospitality, or event coordination. Strong communication skills in English are essential, with Arabic considered an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or CRM systems is preferred.

A solid understanding of the sports industry and customer relationship management is highly valued. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail is critical.
