Position Summary

Camara del Agua LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Water Management Coordinator to oversee, monitor, and optimize water distribution, quality, and conservation activities across company operations. The role ensures efficient water resource management, compliance with local regulations, and implementation of sustainable water practices in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily water management operations, including monitoring supply, distribution, and usage across facilities and projects.
• Track water consumption data and prepare regular reports on usage trends, efficiency, and potential areas for conservation.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s environmental and water regulation standards and company sustainability policies.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to address water system performance issues.
• Support implementation of water-saving initiatives, leak detection programs, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Liaise with external suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities when required.
• Maintain accurate records of water system performance, maintenance schedules, and incident reports.
• Assist in planning and executing water quality testing and monitoring programs.
• Respond promptly to water-related emergencies or system failures to minimize disruption.
• Promote awareness of sustainable water usage practices within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, Water Resource Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in water management, utilities, or infrastructure operations.
• Strong understanding of water distribution systems and environmental compliance standards.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, GIS or similar systems is a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in Gulf region infrastructure or utility projects.
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and water conservation technologies.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
