In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing beautiful gardens, and landscapes. Your expertise will help transform outdoor environments into thriving, visually stunning spaces that inspire and delight. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, apply your gardening skills, and contribute to sustainable landscape practices in a lively, supportive setting.

Duties

• Spring cleaning, raking and mulching beds
• Weed beds, deadhead and maintain flowers
• Planting perennials/annuals, trimming shrubs
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely
• Fall cleanup and cut back of all perennials/annuals

Requirements

• Proven experience in gardening maintenance
• Heavy lifting and hauling of debris required up to 30lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail with excellent physical stamina for manual tasks such as working on hands and knees, digging, lifting, and bending for up to 8 hrs per day
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
