Position Overview
We are seeking a Gas Services Coordinator to oversee and manage daily gas supply and service operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. The Gas Services Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Prime Gases LLC’s reputation for excellence in industrial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate gas delivery schedules, service requests, and operational workflows.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide timely updates.
• Supervise service teams and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of supply contracts, service reports, and client communications.
• Support procurement and inventory management of gas supplies and equipment.
• Prepare reports on service performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in gas services coordination, industrial operations, or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of gas supply processes, safety standards, and operational workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and service management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
