Location: Wapda Town, Lahore

Working Days: Monday to Friday

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled GC Estimator with hands-on experience in US-based construction estimations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, bid preparation, and understanding project specifications using industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and bid analysis for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Prepare detailed and competitive proposals for US-based General Contractor (GC) clients.

Analyze project drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope of work.

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to gather project data.

Use estimation tools such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, ProEst, RSMeans, and advanced MS Excel.

Ensure all bids and estimates comply with US building codes and construction standards.

Deliver accurate and on-time estimates for multiple projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

BS in Civil Engineering preferred (Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent also acceptable).

Minimum Experience: 1 year in US-based estimations.

Must have experience using PlanSwift or Bluebeam.

Strong understanding of US construction codes, materials, and standards.

Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
