Quantity Surveyor (10 Years’ Experience)

1. Job Purpose

To manage all quantity surveying functions related to MEP works, including cost estimation, BOQs, valuations, variations, procurement support, and commercial reporting, ensuring accurate cost control and contractual compliance throughout the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and detailed quantity take-offs for MEP systems
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications
• Perform on-site measurements and prepare monthly valuations/IPCs
• Handle variations, claims, and contract administration
• Support procurement through material take-offs and supplier evaluations
• Monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and highlight deviations
• Review subcontractor bills, variations, and agreements
• Prepare commercial reports and maintain QS documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• 10+ years’ experience as MEP QS in contracting companies
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting & ELV systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Planswift, Bluebeam, or similar
• Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of contracts (FIDIC preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
