GDS Expert Salary upto 100K

Seven Zones Travel, a UK-based travel agency, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented GDS Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems and airline ticketing, along with excellent customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle airline reservations, ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, and cancellations
• Work on GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre
• Manage fare construction, routing, and airline rules accurately
• Provide professional support for flight bookings and travel queries
• Ensure compliance with airline policies and company SOPs
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth processing
• Maintain accurate records and booking documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a GDS / Ticketing Expert in a travel agency
• Strong command of Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre (at least one mandatory)
• Good understanding of airline fares, rules, and procedures
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
