Visa Consultant – Travel Agency

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Visa Consultant to assist clients with immigration and visa applications. The ideal candidate will provide accurate guidance, ensure proper documentation, and support clients throughout the entire visa process.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on visa requirements, processes, and documentation
• Assist in preparing and reviewing visa application forms
• Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time
• Stay updated on immigration laws and visa regulations for different countries
• Handle client queries professionally (in-person, phone, and online)
• Maintain records of applications and follow up on progress
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and other authorities when required
• Provide consultation for study, work, visit, and immigration visas

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
• Proven experience as a Visa Consultant
• Strong knowledge of visa processes and immigration rules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Multilingual ability
• Sales or customer service experience
• Knowledge of popular destinations (UK, Canada, Europe, UAE, etc.)
