General Accountant

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role managing end-to-end accounting & finance.
• Excellent knowledge of the most acclaimed practices in accounting software (particularly in Tally) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
• Must be a finance graduate/diploma or certified in relevant field
• Excellent listening, negotiation, business acumen, and presentation abilities
• Knowledge in preparation of VAT and corporate TAX as per UAE laws.
• Advanced proficiency in managing account reconciliations, general ledgers, and journal entries.
• Should be well versed in Tally

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

• Main responsibilities include ensuring that the company’s accounting system is up to date and accurate on an ongoing basis, entering financial transactions into the system, preparation of weekly/monthly reconciliation, Bank reconciliation, Accounts payable and accounts receivables. Maintaining all accounts-related files and Maintain good relations with Bank R.M.
• Receipts & Expenses filed and formatted correctly.
• Managing invoicing to clients & validate the invoice and process the payments after confirmation from Managing Director.
• Process Bills - Rent, Internet, filing VAT returns.
• Handle Petty Cash and submit a monthly status of expenses, cheque collection from clients.
• To be able to Process monthly salaries.

REPORTING & ANALYSIS

• Prepares financial summaries, P&L reports, analysis, cost-benefit analysis and/or ad hoc financial reports and Cash Flow Projections as required by the Senior Management.
• Prepare & present a weekly financial report to management.
• Prepare cash flow statements, forecasting & budget reports.
• Prepare pay-slips & salary certificates.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
