GENERAL ACCOUNTANT

Position Overview:

We are seeking a strong and detail-oriented Accountant/CPA to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage daily sales reports to analyze business performance.

- Compile and maintain weekly and monthly financial reports to monitor trends and performance metrics.

- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.

- Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

- Generate all related financial reports as needed.

- Utilize Odoo and Zoho for effective financial management and reporting.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification is preferred.

- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role, ideally in the retail or e-commerce sector.

- Strong knowledge of Odoo and Zoho accounting software.

- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
