Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced **General Accountant** to join our trading company in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, UAE trading company experience, and strong coordination skills. Candidates with logistics and import/export knowledge will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping

* Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

* Perform bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance

* Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, and financial reports

* Assist with VAT-related documentation and reporting

* Coordinate with suppliers, customers, logistics, and sales teams

* Monitor inventory costing and shipment-related expenses

* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

* Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience in a trading company

* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial terms

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software

* Fluent in Hindi and English

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Knowledge of logistics, shipping, import/export documentation, and trading terms is an advantage

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

* Experience in consumer electronics or general trading industry

* Familiarity with logistics coordination and shipment costing

* Immediate joiners preferred
