General Foreman

Job Description:
Whitemonde Interiors is looking for an experienced General Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily site operations for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience managing multiple trades on site.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise site activities and ensure work progress as per schedule.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors efficiently.
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Enforce site safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Report daily progress and site updates to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
• Assist in resolving technical and operational issues on site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Foreman / General Foreman in interior fit-out within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of fitout, joinery, civil, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
