General Foreman

Role Responsibilities:

• Site supervision
• Manpower management
• Daily coordination of construction activities
• Calculating quantities from drawings (concrete, steel, blockwork, plaster, etc.)
• Read and interpret drawings, method statements, and project specifications
• Handling fast-track projects and delivering within required timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and project managers

Education, Qualification, and Skills:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or 10+2 in science (Physics+ Chemistry + Math)
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the UAE/Gulf region
• Strong background in steel structure and RCC building construction
• Good understanding of HSE rules and ability to implement safety measures on site
• Proficient in basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel
• Capable of writing emails, daily reports, and progress updates
• Good communication skills and leadership qualities to manage teams on site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
