General Foreman – FM Mechanical

We are seeking an experienced General Foreman (FM Mechanical) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems maintenance and facilities management, with hands-on experience supervising technicians and ensuring smooth operation of mechanical systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance and repair activities on-site.
• Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure all mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, pumps, chillers, etc.) operate efficiently and safely.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain records, reports, and ensure compliance with company and safety standards.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other departments to deliver high-quality FM services.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• 5–6 years of experience in Facilities Management (Mechanical).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs effectively.
