General Helper

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for the position of General Helper. This role will involve assisting skilled workers across a variety of tasks in construction and maintenance, contributing to the smooth operation of the worksite.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers in a range of construction and maintenance tasks.
• Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work sites.
• Prepare and organize materials for use in construction projects.
• Help in basic labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and setting up tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of work areas for various tasks.
• Support in general tasks such as mixing materials, cleaning, and handling equipment.
• Perform any other duties as directed by supervisors or senior workers.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly cleaned and stored after use.
• Work alongside team members to ensure timely and high-quality task completion.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Previous experience as a helper in construction or maintenance work is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor and lifting heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
• Must hold a valid QID and NOC for employment in Qatar.

Pay: QAR1,200.00 per month
