The General Helper provides basic support across operational activities, assisting teams with daily tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in loading, unloading, moving, and arranging materials as required
  • Support housekeeping and cleanliness of the workplace
  • Assist skilled staff with routine tasks and assignments
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to work schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time

Requirements:

  • Basic literacy preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks as required
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Good teamwork and cooperation skills
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory
